We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and stay in touch about the services you've asked about. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How your enquiry is handled

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and arrive in our business inbox (service@intelliflow.com.au). Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your data only to deliver your message and serve the site; they may store it on servers located outside Australia.

To help prevent spam and abuse, your browser stores a small local value recording recent submission times. This stays on your device and is not sent to us as personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting work or business relationship, after which we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it's inaccurate, or delete it. To make a request, or if you have a privacy concern, email us at service@intelliflow.com.au and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
